By confirming your attendance at The Legacy Table, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect the integrity of the experience for all guests while maintaining a high standard of exclusivity, privacy, and professionalism.
Your seat at The Legacy Table is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Each dinner has extremely limited capacity to ensure the intimacy and exclusivity of the experience.
Invitations and access codes are personal and non-transferable, unless explicitly agreed in writing by Mihaela Berciu.
Due to the highly curated nature of these events, all bookings are non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled dinner, you may request to reschedule to a future Legacy Table event, provided you notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to your scheduled dinner. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for rebooking.
3. Personal Code & Entry
You are required to bring your personal access code with you to the dinner, whether provided in a digital or printed format. This code is part of the evening’s experience and may be requested upon arrival. We recommend saving your digital invitation and access code securely.
The Legacy Table is a confidential, respectful, and presence-driven environment. Guests are expected to honour the discretion of the space and to contribute meaningfully to the conversation.
The following is not permitted:
• Audio or video recording
• Photography during the dinner
• Sharing content or personal stories shared by other guests without consent
Failure to comply with these standards may result in removal from the guest list for future events.
All dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences must be submitted after payment via the booking form. Completion of this step is required to finalise your booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee availability due to the bespoke nature of the menu and partner venues. Requests submitted less than 7 days before the dinner may not be accommodated.
In the unlikely event that the dinner is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., venue disruption, illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered an alternative date. No refunds will be issued.
All frameworks, methodologies, language, and leadership insights shared by Mihaela Berciu remain her intellectual property and may not be reproduced, recorded, or distributed in any format without prior written consent.
Guests also agree to uphold the confidentiality of any personal or business discussions shared by other attendees during the event.
Invitations and access codes are non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, and with written approval, a one-time transfer may be permitted no later than 7 days before the event. Mihaela Berciu reserves the right to accept or decline transfer requests at her sole discretion.
Rebooking and transfers are only permitted once per guest.
By attending The Legacy Table, you agree to participate voluntarily and at your own discretion. Mihaela Berciu, Experience Excellence Ltd., and all partner venues accept no liability for personal injury, loss, damage, or costs incurred, except in cases of proven negligence.
The full ticket price must be paid at the time of booking.
No partial payments or reservations will be accepted.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
